NOVELTY - A corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant paint comprises component (I) and component (II) in a mass ratio of 5:1. The component (I) is two-component composition formed by mixing component (A) and component (B) in ratio of 3:(1-1.2). The component (A) comprises polypropylene, ethylene-octene copolymer, reactive monomer, graphene, limestone, modified polyester acrylate, dispersing agent and additive. The dispersing agent comprises hydrophobically modified sodium carboxylate, sodium polyacrylate and/or ammonium salt. USE - Corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant paint is used for deep-sea petroleum pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant paint provides pipeline having excellent hardness, malleability and machinability, and is prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant paint comprises component (I) and component (II) in a mass ratio of 5:1. The component (I) is two-component composition formed by mixing component (A) and component (B) in ratio of 3:(1-1.2). The component (A) comprises 20-35 pts. wt. polypropylene, 27-31 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. reactive monomer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. limestone, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. modified polyester acrylate, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 1-1.5 pts. wt. additive. The reactive monomer is maleic anhydride, acrylamide derivative and/or dibutyl maleate. The dispersing agent comprises hydrophobically modified sodium carboxylate, sodium polyacrylate and/or ammonium salt. The additive is diluent and/or silicon-based polymer material. The component (B) comprises 20-45 pts. wt. composite emulsion, 12-25 pts. wt. carbon catalyst, 6-12 pts. wt. foaming agent, 8-17 pts. wt. char-forming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. layered double-hydroxide, 2-10 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. coalescent agent and 5-10 pts. wt. thickener. The composite emulsion is pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, epoxy emulsion and/or polyvinyl acetate ethylene emulsion. The catalyst is ammonium polyphosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, formic acid and/or oleic acid. The foaming agent is chlorinated paraffin, urea, melamine, glycine and/or dicyandiamide. The char-forming agent is maltose, starch, sorbitol, inositol, erythritol, pentaerythritol and/or dipentaerythritol. The flame retardant is aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc borate, antimony trioxide, tributyl phosphate, ammonium phosphate, chlorinated paraffin, tetrabromobisphenol A and/or decabromodiphenyl ether. The layered double hydroxide is hydrotalcite-like layered structured hydroxide containing 2 or more metals. The filler includes graphite, molybdenum disulfide, and talc. The coalescent includes lauryl alcohol ester and dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether. The thickeners includes diatomite, sodium bentonite, polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol and/or polyacrylamide. The component (II) contains 20-50 pts. wt. hardener and 50-80 pts. wt. modified silane coupling agent. The hardener is diethylenetriamine, m-phenylenediamine, 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol/polyamide 650, phenolic modified amine and/or diaminodiphenyl sulfone. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant paint.
