▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum base composite material growing graphene on the surface of electroless copper-free silicon carbide particles by chemical vapor deposition to obtain electroless copper polystyrene. The aluminum plate is filled with the reinforcing material which is fed into the feed tank and then the two plates are fitted. The friction stirred is started. The mixing needle is used to set the downward pressure of the mixing plates. The filling material is undergoes stirring under frictional effect to form the graphene reinforced metal matrix composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum base composite material used in car, high speed train, aviation and aerospace, and artificial satellite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-reinforced aluminum base composite material in simple and cost effective manner.
