▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Analyzing graphene conductivity involves configuring graphene slurry by adding dispersant into solvent, stirring and mixing to form mixed solution, adding graphene powder into mixed solution and stirring continuously to obtain graphene pre-dispersing liquid, transferring graphene pre dispersing liquid to dispersing device, grinding graphene pre-dispersing solution to obtain graphene slurry with different graphene particle sizes, coating graphene slurry on surface of substrate, drying to form graphene film, testing film thickness and square resistance of multiple points on graphene film, obtaining resistivity of multiple points by film thickness. The average resistivity is used as the resistance of the graphene powder. USE - Method for analyzing graphene conductivity used in practical application system and screen graphenes with different conductivity properties. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductivity analysis method enables to analyze the graphene in actual application, and based on the filter different conductive properties. The graphene conductivity analysis method is simple, rapid and accurate to evaluate the conductivity of graphene in practical applications, has small test errors and strong repeatability.
