DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene transparent conductive film comprises graphene and vertical orientation agent of formula RSpQn (I). Q=sulfonic acid; n=1-3; Sp=x-optionally substituted (CH2)m; m=1-5; x=phenylene, aromatic, cyclooxy, O, S, CO, COO, OCO, OCOO, OCH2, CH2O, CHCH, CFCF, CC, CHCHCOO or OCOCHCH; R=y-optionally substituted 3-20 C linear or branched akyl; and y=O, CONH, COO, OCO, CO, CHCH, H, F and/or Cl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of graphene transparent conductive film comprising mixing graphene, surfactant and water, adding vertical orientation agent and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate, mixing, coating on substrate, and removing water; and (2) liquid crystal display comprising substrates (1), and graphene transparent conductive film (2).
