▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene thermoelectric cell comprises active layers of a 2D material, such as graphene or its derivative, arranged on a substrate (1) made of an electrically and thermally insulating material such that individual active layers of the 2D material thermoelectric converter (KT) (2) are separated from each other by electrically and thermally insulating substrate material. The windings which are created by rolled, especially spirally, active layer of the 2D material or the stack of x-layers of the 2D material and the substrate, and top and bottom collecting electrodes (5) are in effectively close arrangement. The top and the bottom collecting electrodes are perpendicular to a plane of the substrate in a roll or a stack. The collecting electrodes are manufactured from a conductive material with a specific surface resistance. USE - Graphene thermoelectric cell used as element of electric circuit. ADVANTAGE - The substrate can be made of any chosen dielectric material that serves as a unit for transport, electrical and thermal insulation of the active layer. The minimal thickness of the support is set such that it must provide a proper execution of the manufacturing processes, and a proper insulation is provided against the flow of the shortage current or against quantum mechanical tunneling between the layers of converter. The scaling of the cell can be achieved either by increasing the number of the windings, or the number of graphene layers on the substrate, which leads to an increase in the generated current. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing of a thermoelectric cell, involves carrying out the winding of the strips of the 2D material on the elastic substrate with a diameter of 0.001mm-3mm, or piling the two dimensional 2D material on a substrate, possibly elastic, into a stack. A conductive layer is deposited on the top and bottom surface of the roll or stack to form the collecting electrodes. A roll or the stack is placed in a protective material, insulated from the influence of the external environment.
