▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A single layer graphene and surface plasma based mach-zehnder interferometer comprises environmental silica media, input waveguide graphene, output graphene waveguide, first ring resonator, second ring resonator and interferometer arm, where the lower arm of the interferometer has waveguide and the resonant cavity graphene square fixed to the surrounding medium (silica), the inner upper arm of the interferometer has adjustable length of 200nm voltage region, and the input waveguide and the output waveguide are provide between two ring resonator with some gaps. USE - Single layer graphene and surface plasma based mach-zehnder interferometer for use in optical communications, optical integration and optical information processing. ADVANTAGE - The mach-zehnder interferometer has simple structure and wide range of applications.
