NOVELTY - The nickel oxide has a functionalized grapheme sheet (FGS) nanometer sized frame loading nanometer structural medium pore nickel oxide (NiO) in a composite structure, where the nanometer structural medium pore NiO is in-situ grown on FGS. Nanometer particle size of medium pore nickel oxide ranges from 50 to 200 nanometer.. Weight ratio of NiO and FGS is controlled by controlling bearing times and weight of FGS at 1 to 5:1, so as to control porous NiO particle bourn quantity on the surface of graphene sheet.
