NOVELTY - The cable has conductor (1) wrapped with semiconductor shielding layer (2), cross-linked polyethylene insulating layer (3) and semiconductor insulating shielding layer (4) to form core. The cable core is formed by wrapping metal shielding layer and first wrapping tape layer. The first wrapping tape layer is made of low-smoke, halogen-free and high flame-retardant tape, single-sided calcined muscovite tape, double-sided synthetic muscovite tape, coated mica tape, and/or non-woven fabric. The first sheath material is composed of 90°C ultra-high flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath material with UV protection. The protective layer is composed of inner lining layer, second wrapping layer and second outer sheath layer. The second wrapping tape layer is made of low-smoke, halogen-free and high flame-retardant tapes, single-sided calcined muscovite tapes, double-sided synthetic muscovite tapes, coated mica tape and/or non-woven fabrics. The covering rate of wrapping tape is 5-55 %. USE - The circuit cable is useful in airport navigational light loop, runway lighting system, sliding track lighting system and airport ground lighting (AGL) system. ADVANTAGE - The circuit cable has excellent flame retardant property and can be paved in the open air. The prepared outer sheath material has excellent weather resistance, which can efficiently overcome the current civil aviation standard polyvinyl chloride sheath fading and polyethylene sheath shrinkage and chapping problem.
