NOVELTY - Aqueous antibacterial and anticorrosive coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion, 3-8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. dispersant, 2-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. de-ionized water, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. fumed silica, 0.5-1 pt. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. barium sulfate and 5-8 pts. wt. polyamide modified epoxy resin curing agent. USE - As aqueous antibacterial and anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environmentally-friendly, does not contain harmful components and cause harm to humans and environment during production, and has excellent anticorrosive effect and antibacterial effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aqueous antibacterial and anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) weighing graphene oxide powder and deionized water, putting the graphene oxide in deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic decomposition for 1-2 hours, (ii) weighing the epoxy resin emulsion, adding the epoxy resin emulsion to the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in step (i) for continuously carrying out ultrasonic vibration for 0.5-1 hours, and (iii) weighing antibacterial agent, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, coupling agent, wetting agent, fumed silica, film-forming auxiliary agent, anti-flash rust agent, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate and polyamide modified epoxy resin curing agent, adding them in the solution obtained in step (ii), and stirring at a high speed for a period of time to obtain the product.
