NOVELTY - The isolator has an input part (1) arranged with a rectangular waveguide unit (1a) and a rectangular-circular waveguide converter (1b). An output part (2) is arranged with another rectangular waveguide unit (2a) and another rectangular-circular waveguide converter (2b). An isolator body is provided with a multi-layer graphene part (3), a circular waveguide unit (4) and a solenoid part (5). An included angle between the input part and the output part is about 45 degrees. The multi-layer graphene part is fixed with a module along microwave signal transmission direction. USE - Graphene based adjustable magnetic-type Faraday isolator. ADVANTAGE - The isolator has better isolation characteristic, and is simple and compact in structure, easy to integrate, simple to control and convenient to use, and occupies less volume.
