NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-contains lubricating protection additive for lubricating oil involves using molybdate and mercaptan with melting point greater than 0 degrees C to prepare molybdenum dioxide nanoparticles, and then loading molybdenum dioxide nanoparticles on graphene oxide, and using mercaptan in process of preparing molybdenum dioxide nanoparticles to oxidize graphene which is modified to obtain additive product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-contains lubricating protection additive for lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The method helps in improving dispersion of additives in lubricating oil, reduces friction factor and wear rate of lubricating oil, and improves lubricating performance.
