NOVELTY - Manufacture of fabric involves producing graphene yarn comprising 100 pts. wt. binder, 15-60 pts. wt. carbon powder, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. strength enhancer and 3-8 pts. wt. additive, weaving a graphene fabric using the graphene yarn, washing the fabric, drying, and winding. The carbon powder is a powder comprising spherical graphene, black diamond and graphite in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1.2:0.1-1, and having a particle size of 50-170 nm. The strength enhancer is polystyrene sulfonate. The fabric is washed with water, preferably tap water, natural rock water, distilled water and/or purified water, and then with natural substance extraction water by immersing in the natural substance extraction water at 25-45 degrees C for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The natural substance extraction water is prepared by mixing Centella asiatica, machisalis and Sangsan tree leaves in a ratio (pts. wt.) of 1:0.5-0.8:0.9-1.3 in an alkaline ionized water, heating, and filtering. USE - Manufacture of fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of fabric, which has improved heat retention property, promotes blood circulation by far-infrared radiation, and reduces skin diseases, such as dry skin, pruritus and atopy, by absorbing and eliminating microcurrents, such as static electricity flowing into fibers or human body.
