▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of magnesium alloy surface frequency conversion power ultrasonic electrodeposition nano-nickel-based composite layer involves taking magnesium alloy sample after chemical pre-deposition as negative electrode, and nickel plate with purity greater than 99% as positive electrode, connecting with the pulse power supply of negative electrode and the positive electrode respectively, soaking in the pre-configured electroplating solution in an ultrasonic generator for electrodeposition. The ultrasonic generator works in a variable frequency manner. USE - Preparation of magnesium alloy surface frequency conversion power ultrasonic electrodeposition nano-nickel-based composite layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of magnesium alloy surface frequency conversion power ultrasonic electrodeposition nano-nickel-based composite layer with high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. The formed deposition layer is bright in appearance, no peeling and shedding, the hardness is improved by 8.5-10.8 times than the substrate, and self-corrosion current density is reduced by 2-3 orders of magnitude compared with the substrate.
