▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/titanium-based nanocomposite material without interface reaction comprises (i) uniformly mixing graphene powder and titanium-based powder to obtain mixed powder, where the titanium-based powder is titanium powder or titanium alloy powder, and (ii) processing directly under the condition of room temperature for high pressure torsion large plastic deformation to obtain graphene/titanium-based nano-composite material without interface reaction, or firstly pre-pressing mixed powder into cake-shaped blank, performing high pressure torsion large plastic deformation at room temperature, obtaining graphene/titanium-based nano-composite material without interface reaction, or introducing the mixed powder into the sheath, pre-pressing into cake-shaped blank in the sheath and performing high pressure torsion large plastic deformation at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/titanium-based nanocomposite material without interface reaction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/titanium-based nanocomposite material having excellent mechanical property without interface reaction.
