NOVELTY - The tape (120) has a bonding layer that is provided with multiple through-holes (125). The heat is applied in one side of the bonding layer so as to remove adhesive force. A protection film is arranged for covering one side of carrier tape main portion. USE - Carrier tape used in manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The generation of bubble between the graphene and carrier tape is avoided, so that the damage of graphene is prevented. The graphene having high quality can be manufactured effectively.
