▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method for a multi-effect flame retardant for polymer materials, comprises (a) preparing carbon spheres, (b) preparing carbon-phosphorus mixed nuclear particles through red phosphorus and the carbon spheres prepared in step (a), (c) preparation of carbon-phosphorus-loaded silica microspheres with carbon-phosphorus mixed core particles as the core, (d) performing amination treatment on carbon-phosphorus-loaded silica microspheres, and then grafting onto carboxylated graphene oxide to obtain functionalized carbon-phosphorus-loaded silica modified graphene oxide, and (e) coating carbon-phosphorus-loaded silica modified graphene oxide with polymer to obtain double-core double-shell coated microspheres, which is the multi-effect flame retardant. USE - The method is used for preparation for a multi-effect flame retardant for polymer materials (claimed) such as polyethylene, polyurethane and other flame retardant property. ADVANTAGE - The multi-effect fire retardant forms a network structure by oxidation graphene the resin, and forms the node of the network structure, which can effectively improve the mechanical strength of the resin and can overcome the traditional solution of red phosphorus and other inorganic fire-retardant polymer mechanical property of the defect. The method provides the carbon-phosphorus-loaded silicon dioxide microsphere, which has excellent flame retardant property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a multi-effect flame retardant prepared by the above method.
