▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A lipid oxidation induction time measuring method involves preparing a graphene-modified electrode by electrodepositing a graphene suspension, diluting the lipid to be measured with a supporting electrolyte solution, adding the dilution solution in the electrolytic cell, where the three-electrode system is composed of a graphene modified electrode, and a calomel electrode as the reference electrode. The disturbance voltage and frequency are measured and the AC impedance spectra are measured followed by obtaining time of oxidative induction of lipid by the double tangent method. USE - Method for measuring lipid oxidation induction time. ADVANTAGE - The method enables measuring lipid oxidation induction time in quick, accurate, simple, and sensitive manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lipid oxidation induction time measuring method involves preparing a graphene-modified electrode by electrodepositing a graphene suspension, diluting the lipid to be measured with a supporting electrolyte solution, adding the dilution solution in the electrolytic cell, where the three-electrode system is composed of a graphene modified electrode, a molybdenum electrode and a calomel electrode as the reference electrode. The disturbance voltage and frequency are measured and the AC impedance spectra are measured followed by the obtaining impedance value of the solution by the effective circuit and obtaining time of oxidative induction of lipid accurately by the double tangent method.
