NOVELTY - Preparing polygonal block cobalt-antimony-selenium/graphene oxide double-metal composite material involves taking 1-2 mmol cobalt chloride hexahydrate, 0.5-1 mmol antimony tartrate and 1-1 mmol trisodium citrate, adding 45-70 ml 1-3 mol/l uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution and stirring to obtain mixed solution A. 1-2 mmol selenium powder is dispersed in 5-8 ml hydrazine hydrate and stirred to obtain mixed solution B followed by dropping the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A and stirring to obtain mixed solution C, reacting the mixed solution C under 120-200 degrees C water heat for 12-24 hours, cooling at room temperature, washing and separating precipitate, freezing and drying the precipitate to obtain polygonal block cobalt-antimony-selenium/graphene oxide double-metal composite material. USE - Method for preparing polygonal block cobalt-antimony-selenium/graphene oxide double-metal composite material that is utilized as cathode material of sodium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of polygonal block cobalt-antimony-selenium/graphene oxide double-metal composite material with improved electrochemical activity, conductivity and cycle stability.
