NOVELTY - The device has a working table installed on a base. The working table is provided with a drilling assembly and a temperature measuring component. The drilling assembly comprises a processing main shaft, a main shaft fixing frame, a drill bit, an adjusting table and a clamping device mounted on the adjusting table. An annular mounting frame is fixedly installed on the process main shaft. A bottom unit of the annular installation frame is provided for driving a thermal radiation receiving instrument to move up and down along a Z-axis direction of the processing main axis. An angle rotating mechanism drives the thermal radiating instrument to rotate along the X, Z axis direction of processing main. USE - Temperature measuring device for graphene drilling processing. ADVANTAGE - The controller automatically changes the drilling parameter of the drill bit according to the actual condition after measuring the drilling temperature by the temperature measuring component. The drilling temperature can be kept in the proper range in the drilling process. It can process with the maximum processing efficiency, and reduce the generation of the defect, ensure the quality of the graphene, and the service life of drill bit is improved.
