NOVELTY - Preparing graphene viscose composite fiber comprises e.g. (i) pressing concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite and sodium nitrate in an ice bath, stirring, heating, carrying out solid-liquid separation and taking solid, washing and drying, (ii) extruding and solidifying, (iii) taking graphene oxide hydrogel film, according to the graphene oxide hydrogel film, viscose spinning solution molar ratio is 1:20, taking graphene oxide hydrogel film and viscose spinning dope, mixing uniformly, the ambient temperature at 27 degrees C, environmental humidity is 43.6%, voltage is 11.4 kV and electrospinning. USE - The composite fiber is useful for composite fiber woven cloth (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber: has good heat insulating warm-keeping, waterproof and heatresistant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene viscose composite fiber comprises (i) pressing concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite and sodium nitrate mass ratio of 65:1:0.6 in an ice bath to the concentrated sulfuric acid, adding graphite and sodium nitrate, stirring for 30 minutes, according to graphite powder, the potassium permanganate mass ratio is 1:5, adding potassium permanganate to the mixed solution, stirring for 10 hours, according to concentrated sulfuric acid, the deionized water volume ratio of 1:1 to the mixed solution of deionized water, placing the mixture under a vacuum of 0.93, according to 1.2 degrees C/hours rate slowly heating at 52 degrees C, maintaining the constant temperature at 52 degrees C and stirring for 22 hours, according with the ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide volume ratio of 1:0.1 into the mixed solution of hydrogen peroxide, stirring at 52 degrees C for 2.5 hours, carrying out solid-liquid separation and taking solid, washing the solid with 5% diluted hydrochloric acid and deionized water, drying to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) extruding graphene oxide at an extrusion speed of 1000 ml/hours in an in-line die preparation apparatus, solidifying at 10 degrees C, coagulating liquid solidified to obtain graphene oxide hydrogel film, (iii) taking graphene oxide hydrogel film, according to the graphene oxide hydrogel film, viscose spinning solution molar ratio 1:20, taking graphene oxide hydrogel film and viscose spinning dope, mixing uniformly, through the ambient temperature at 27 degrees C, environmental humidity is 43.6%, voltage is 11.4 kV, receive distance of 12 cm DC field and electrospinning to obtain graphene viscose composite fiber.
