▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A fiber absorbent comprises polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber as carrier. Fiber diameter is 5-30 mu m, density is not greater than 3.5 g/cm3. The effective component comprises 0.5-15 parts mass graphene, 1-25 parts mass magnetic material and 100 parts mass polyacrylonitrile solid. The graphene composite fiber absorbent is prepared by using wet spinning or dry jet wet spinning process, carrying out pre-oxidation and carbonization reduction process molding. The graphene material is graphene or graphene oxide. The magnetic material is nanoscale ferromagnetic metal powder or compound. USE - Graphene composite fiber absorbent used for absorbing material, antistatic material and electromagnetic shielding, radar stealth absorbing materials design and processing technology. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite fiber absorbent has excellent radar wave absorption characteristics, wide absorption band, high wave absorption performance and strong design property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene composite fiber absorbent, which involves dispersing graphene material in solvent, dispersing magnetic material into polyacrylonitrile polymerization liquid, mixing and dispersing at 45-65 degrees C to obtain spinning solution, carrying out wet spinning or dry jet wet spinning process at 45-65 degrees C, setting coagulation bath temperature at 25-50 degrees C, setting diameter of spinning hole at 30-100 mm, carrying out pre-oxidation at 150-270 degrees C for 60-120 minutes in air or nitrogen atmosphere, carrying out carbonization at 600-900 degrees C for 5-30 minutes in inert atmosphere.
