NOVELTY - The graphene zero-edge extrusion die has a stamping die (1), and a forming die (2) located below the stamping die. The lower side of the stamping die is provided with the multiple positioning rods (3). The upper side of the forming die is provided with positioning grooves (4) corresponding to the multiple positioning rods one-to-one. The stamping die is provided with an extrusion groove. The forming die is provided with a placement groove (201) corresponding to the extrusion groove. A push plate is elastically fitted in the placement groove. The extrusion groove is elastically fitted with a top plate. USE - Graphene zero-edge extrusion die for wrapping a cutting portion by a portion of cutting portion. ADVANTAGE - The user easily inserts the positioning rod and the positioning groove, through the positioning rod and the positioning groove provided. Thus, the position between the stamping die and the forming die is positioned, by improving the efficiency of material wrapping. The materials in the extrusion groove and the placement groove are pushed out by the elastic force after the extrusion of the stamping die and the forming die, with the push plate and the top plate. Thus, the die is convenient for the user to take out the material, by improving the efficiency of the material wrapping. The problems that the die is not easy to locate, and the extrusion hemming efficiency is low are solved.
