NOVELTY - Preparing graphene functional cotton fabric involves subjecting graphene oxide to amino or mercaptoization, compounding with multi-active reactive dye to obtain oxidized graphene reactive dye under ultrasonic conditions. The cotton fabric is impregnated with obtain oxidized graphene active dye to obtain oxidized graphene cotton fabric, and finally graphene functional cotton fabric is reduced by reducing agent to obtain graphene functional cotton fabric. USE - Method for preparing graphene functional cotton fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene functional cotton fabric which has excellent electrical function, good stability, high temperature resistance, and has improves color fastness to rubbing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene functional cotton fabric involves subjecting graphene oxide to amino or mercaptoization, compounding with multi-active reactive dye to obtain oxidized graphene reactive dye under ultrasonic conditions. The cotton fabric is impregnated with obtain oxidized graphene active dye to obtain oxidized graphene cotton fabric, and finally graphene functional cotton fabric is reduced by reducing agent to obtain graphene functional cotton fabric. The oxidized graphene is dissolved in alcohol solution of modifier, ultrasonic treated, separated out by suction filtration, washed with pure water, and dried to obtain modified graphene oxide. The modified agent adopted octadecylamine or 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxazole, where mass ratio of the silane, and graphene oxide to the modifier is 1:1-2, ultrasonic temperature is controlled at 20-80 degrees C for 1-10 hours. The drying temperature is 20-126 degrees C for 1-2 hours. The modified graphene and reactive dyes compound multi-active base reactive dyes are dissolved in pure water, modified one of the modified graphene is added into reactive dyes solution, ultrasonic treated at room temperature, where the mass ratio of the reactive active dyestuff to multi-active reactive dyes is 1:1-10, ultrasonic treated for 10-15 hours. The graphene cotton fabric is oxidized graphene active dye solution into cotton fabric and salt fixed, ultrasonic environment dipped made of graphite oxide. The amount of fixing salt is 20-50 gram/liter, dyeing temperature is 70-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and bath ratio is 1:10-30. The mass ratio of the graphene cotton fabric and the reducing agent is 0.2-0.3:1, and weight ratio of the graphene cotton fabric to the reducing agent is 0.2-0.3:1. The concentration of reducing agent is 10-20 gram/liter, the reduction temperature is 40-60 degrees C for 12-36 hours, and drying temperature is 40-150 degrees C for 1-5 hours.
