NOVELTY - Conductive silver paste comprises 50-70 wt.% nano-silver particles, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% resin crosslinking agent, 15-40 wt.% main solvent and 0.1-2 wt.% surfactant. USE - The conductive silver paste is useful for radio-frequency identification-based smart packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive silver paste reduces the sintering curing temperature, reduces heating energy consumption, and increases the flexibility and tensile properties of silver paste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of conductive silver paste comprising adding main solvent and surfactant, stirring, add resin crosslinking agent, stirring for 1 hours, dissolving resin crosslinking agent, stirring for 30 minutes, adding nano silver particles and graphene and dispersing using three-roll machine or high-speed dispersion equipment.
