NOVELTY - PET antistatic film material comprises antistatic alloy base layer and antistatic coating sprayed on surface of antistatic alloy base layer; the antistatic alloy base layer comprises 55-85 pts. wt. PET, 15-30 pts. wt. PTT, 1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as PET antistatic film material. ADVANTAGE - The PET antistatic film material: reduces the volume resistance while effectively reducing the surface resistance, reduces the surface friction coefficient of material, so as to obtain an additional anti-friction electric function, and it has potential application value in field of anti-static packaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the PET antistatic film material comprising (1) taking 55-85 pts. wt. PET, 15-30 pts. wt. PTT, 1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. lubricant; (2) orderly adding the raw materials in step (1) to the high-speed mixer in order of weight from most to least, and mixing for 5-15 minutes to obtain mixture-1; (3) adding the mixture-1 obatined in step (2) to the twin-screw extruder, adjusting the temperature of the twin-screw extruder to 250-280 degrees C for mixing, after mixing, extruding and granulating, drying the granules to obtain mixed granules, adding mixed granules to the twin-screw extruder again, adjusting the temperature of the twin-screw extruder to 105-110 degrees C and stretching to form a film to obtain an antistatic alloy base layer; (4) taking cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, ethoxylated alkylamine, oleic acid modified graphene, ethyl acrylate, hydroxy ethyl acrylate, hindered phenolic antioxidant 1076, and solvent water, and mixing the above components uniformly to obtain an antistatic spray liquid in emulsified state, which is ready for use; (5) taking the antistatic alloy base layer prepared in step (3) and carrying corona treatment on the surface for 18-25 minutes, heating the corona-treated antistatic alloy base layer to 85-90 degrees C; and (6) spraying the emulsified antistatic spray liquid prepared in step (4) on the surface of the antistatic alloy base layer heated in step (5) through a spray gun with nitrogen delivery, until the coating thickness reaches the target thickness, obtaining the PET antistatic film material.
