▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced building ceramic comprises weighing the flake graphite according to the weight of the building ceramic blank in the roller kiln and quickly heating to 1100 degrees C, quenching, repeating the heating and quenching process for many times; (2) weighing sugar or starch based on 3-8 wt.% of the quality of the building ceramic blank; (3) adding the inert raw materials in the processed graphite and building ceramic blanks to the batch ball mill, carrying out ball milling for 6-8 hours, and then adding the sugar or starch materials and other materials in the building ceramic blank, ball milling the raw materials for 1-2 hours, and spray-drying the obtained slurry, press-forming, and then sintering in a roller kiln to obtain building ceramic tile. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced building ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, shortcut, is economic, without introducing impurity elements, is suitable for industrialized scale production, and has good use prospect.
