NOVELTY - A deposition plate (11), which makes contact with a substrate (10) at obtuse angle (13), is caused to perform a reciprocating linear motion above the substrate while being coupled to a reciprocating linear motion device (12), and a graphene oxide solution (15) is injected on the substrate, and coated on the substrate to obtain a graphene thin film. USE - Manufacture of graphene thin film for transparent electrode (claimed) used for touch panel, flexible display, and high sensitive sensor, and catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The uniform graphene thin film is manufactured with excellent optical and electrical characteristics, and wide surface area within a short time. The graphene thin film is formed on substrate without separate transfer process, since graphene oxide solution is coated directly onto the substrate.
