▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermosetting resin directly involves reacting coal tar mixed phenol (phenol content is calculated as about 91%), primary amine compounds, formaldehyde with molar ratio of 1:0.5-1.5:2-3.5 in reactor at 60-110 degrees C for 4-12 hours; separating water in reaction system, remove residual moisture by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure, and dry with hot air to obtain dark brown coal tar mixed phenol-based benzoxazine prepolymer; heating coal tar mixed phenol-based benzoxazine prepolymer gradually at 80-240 degrees C, and corresponding thermosetting resin is obtained after curing reaction for 1-12 hours. USE - Method for preparing thermosetting resin directly used for coatings, adhesives, catalyst carriers, ablation-resistant resins and halogen-free and phosphorus-free flame-retardant resins or flame retardants; and used with epoxy resins, phenolic resins, and basalts, where fiber, glass fiber, and graphene are used in combination for spraying, molding, and casting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to show better comprehensive properties than general phenolic resins and comparable to phenol-based benzoxazine resins; is cost-effective, where synthesis reaction process is simple; is suitable for industrialized scale-up production; is expected to significantly increase added value of utilization of coal tar mixed phenol.
