NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional hierarchical structure graphene/porous carbon composite capacitive desalting electrode, comprises e.g. dispersing mono-disperse silicon dioxide into water, adding graphite oxide into mixture, ultrasonically mixing and drying the mixture, and filtering the mixture, mixing sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with phenol, adding formaldehyde aqueous solution into mixture, cooling the mixture, vacuumizing, decompressing, washing and centrifuging the mixture, adding inorganic salt into mixture, mixing phenolic resin precursor solution with structure directing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing three dimensional hierarchical structure graphene/porous carbon composite capacitive desalting electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The simple method is capable of preparing three dimensional hierarchical structure graphene/porous carbon composite with high specific surface and good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three dimensional hierarchical structure graphene/porous carbon composite capacitive desalting electrode, comprises dispersing mono-disperse silicon dioxide into water, adding certain amount of graphite oxide into the mixture, ultrasonically mixing the mixture, drying the mixture at room temperature, and filtering the mixture to obtain silicon dioxide/graphite oxide composite material, where the mass ratio of the silicon dioxide to the graphite oxide is 1:2-5:1, mixing sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with phenol, uniformly stirring and reacting the mixture, slowly adding formaldehyde aqueous solution into the mixture, raising a temperature of the reaction to 65-75 degrees C for 2.5 hours, cooling the reacted mixture to room temperature using hydrochloric acid aqueous solution to adjust a pH value of the mixture to be neutral, vacuumizing the mixture at a low temperature to reduce the water content, decompressing and washing the mixture using ethanol, centrifuging the washed mixture for 10-12 hours, adding inorganic salt into the mixture to obtain phenolic resin precursor solution, mixing the phenolic resin precursor solution with structure directing agent, F127 of tetraethyl orthosilicate and ethanol, stirring and reacting the mixture at 30-55 degrees C for 2 hours, adding the silicon dioxide/graphite oxide composite material into the hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, stirring the mixture for 10 minutes, continuously reacting the mixture for 5-8 hours, filtering the mixture for removing excess solution, performing volatilization process to the filtrate at low temperature, curing the volatized filtrate at high temperature, then carbonizing the cured filtrate in an inert atmosphere, adding bamboo powder into hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution, stirring and reacting the mixture for removing silicon dioxide template to obtain graphene with three-dimensional hierarchical structure, adequately washing and drying the porous carbon composite material, mixing the three-dimensional hierarchical structure, the graphene/porous carbon composite material, acetylene black and polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion in a mass ratio of 80:10:10-90:5:5, uniformly mixing the mixture, coating the mixed mixture on a conductive substrate graphite paper at 100-120 degrees C to obtain end product.
