A heat storage layer is provided on at least part of the surface of the composite glue layer, and the heat storage layer comprises phase change material. A second support layer whose one side is connected with the heat storage layer and sealed with the edge of the first support layer. USE - Used as heat conducting heat storage film. ADVANTAGE - The storage film: can avoid the leakage of the phase change material; ensures the structural integrity of the thermally conductive heat storage film; and improves the uniformity of the thermal conduction and heat storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the storage film, comprising coating the heat storage layer slurry on one side of the first support layer, performing first drying process, so as to form heat storage layer on the surface of the first support layer, coating adhesive on one side of the second support layer, performing second drying process, so as to form composite adhesive layer on the surface of the second support layer, and bonding and aging the heat storage layer and the composite adhesive layer to obtain the thermally conductive heat storage film.
