NOVELTY - A graphene nonwoven fabric comprises 60-80 pts. wt. elastomer VM6202, 10-30 pts. wt. spunbonded material PP3155E5, 2-4 pts. wt. smooth masterbatch HS560, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrophilic masterbatch RPSH-03 and 1-3 pts. wt. graphene masterbatch. The graphene masterbatch comprises 30-55 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. additive, 1-5 pts. wt. high-temperature stabilizer, 0.2-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. plasticizer and 300-750 pts. wt. pearl powder. USE - Graphene nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nonwoven fabric has excellent strength, uniform properties, adsorption performance and antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene nonwoven fabric, which involves mixing elastomer VM6202, spunbonded material PP3155E5, smooth masterbatch HS560, hydrophilic masterbatch RPSH-03 and graphene masterbatch, heating and melting to obtain hot melt under vacuum condition, heating and melting at temperature of 230-250 degrees C and spinning at pressure of 5-10 MPa and cooling the spun silk to obtain nascent filaments, drawing nascent filaments to obtain filament fiber, dividing the fiber net to form fiber net and then hot rolling.
