NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves electrolyzing tetrachloroethylene in an electrolytic cell, where the electrolysis cell comprises cathode, anode, cathode liquid and anode liquid, separating cathode liquid and the anode liquid by a membrane, adding tetrachloroethylene to the cathode liquid, and carrying out electrolysis to obtain graphene.
