▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-modified unsaturated resin involves poly-condensing ethylene glycol, glycerol and phthalic anhydride in ratio of 1:1:2 to form esterified product. The 70-99.5 wt.% oxidized graphene is mixed with 0.5-30 wt.% styrene under mechanical stirring, and ultrasonic dispersion. The obtained mixture is mixed with 65-75 wt.% esterified product under mechanical stirring. The obtained mixture is added with 5-50 wt.% aluminum hydroxide having 1-2 mu s particle size. The obtained mixture is added with 0.5-3 wt.% modified silane compound and 0.5-5 wt.% acrylate polymer. USE - Method for producing graphene-modified unsaturated resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-modified unsaturated resin that has improved physical and mechanical performance, high strength and flexibility, good stretching and bending abilities and increased physical index.
