NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide adsorption material involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, obtaining graphene oxide solution, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating for 2-8 hours, adding triethylenetetramine, reacting for 6-15 hours, filtering, washing using water, drying, mixing obtained black powder samples with deionized water, adding 9.5-10.5 %mass hydrochloric acid, filtering, adding deionized water and potassium cyanate to resultant solid, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide adsorption material for adsorption of copper ion from drinking water. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene oxide adsorption material having excellent adsorbent property with respect to copper ion in drinking water, by simple method without affecting the environment.
