NOVELTY - Modifying surface of a filter membrane involves providing a filter membrane main body, the filter membrane main body has a porous structure and comprises a first polymer, providing a mixed solution, the mixed solution comprises a functional material, a second polymer and a solvent, dissolving and dispersing the functional material and the second polymer in the solvent, electrically spraying the mixed solution onto the surface of the filter membrane body to deposit droplets comprising the mixed solution on the surface, the first polymer of the contact solvent dissolving filter film main the liquid drop, the surface is contact by the liquid drop, the dissolved first polymer and the second polymer in the liquid drop are diffused and mixed each other on the interface between the liquid and the filter membrane main body and evaporating the solvent in the liquid droplet neutralization to separate out the functional material second polymer to generate beads comprising functional material. USE - Method for modifying surface of filter membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the melting bonding reaction between the polymer (one in the electrospray droplet, and the other in the filter membrane) to stabilize the functional material on the surface of the membrane, to realize the multi-functional filter membrane and/or enhance the performance of filter membrane.
