ADVANTAGE - The device coats on the surface of the metal foil by a material thin layer in a uniform manner implemented with sub-micron thickness so as to satisfy graphene coating thickness requirement on the metal foil, and has better adhesive force and less contact resistance between a carbon particle and the metal foil.
