NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composition comprise component A and component B in a mass ratio of 100:30-40. The component A is composed 100 pts. wt. hydantoin epoxy resin, 20-40 pts. wt. terpyridine-based epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. interface binder, 40-60 pts. wt. reactive diluent, and 2-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic modified nano-filler, and the B component is composed 20-30 pts. wt. latent curing agent, 3-6 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-3 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent. USE - The epoxy resin composition is useful for carbon fiber winding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, safe and efficient, and can meet the needs of industrial production; and produces epoxy resin composition which has improved the toughness, mechanical properties, and excellent comprehensive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. preparing epoxy resin composition comprising (i) uniformly mixing hydantoin epoxy resin, reactive diluent and hydrophobically modified nano-filler according to weight ratio, heating at 30-40degrees Celsius, adding terpyridine-based epoxy resin and interface binder, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain component A, (ii) uniformly mixing latent curing agent, accelerator and wetting and dispersing agent according to the weight ratio to obtain component B, and (iii) uniformly mixing component A and component B according to the weight ratio to obtain epoxy resin composition for carbon fiber winding; and 2. construction method of epoxy resin composition for carbon fiber winding, comprising (i)uniformly mixing component A and component B of the epoxy resin composition for carbon fiber winding according to the weight ratio, then carrying out vacuum defoaming treatment, heating at 40-50degrees Celsius and placing in the glue tank, then impregnating and winding carbon fibers to obtain products, and (ii) placing product in an oven, heating to 100-110degrees Celsius at a heating rate of 8-10degrees Celsius/minute, and then heating to 170-180degrees Celsius at a heating rate of 5-10degrees Celsius/minute and keep heating for 80-100 minutes.
