The barrier layer comprises 95-99 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 0.2-1.0 pts. wt. initiator, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. light stabilizer. The radiating layer comprises 70-85 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 10-20 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 5-10 pts. wt. heat conducting fiber, 0.25-1.0 pts. wt. initiator, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. light stabilizer. USE - Used as white foaming film. ADVANTAGE - The white foaming film ensures the processability and reliability of the middle white foaming layer, solves the problem of extruding foaming dead material, increases the heat conducting efficiency and component power, reduces self-ignition risk, avoids the bubble breaking, reduces the off-line pre-cross-linking process and optimizes the production process.
