NOVELTY - A coating comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene powder, 5-10 wt.% titanium carbide powder and remainder of bearing steel powder. USE - Self-lubricating wear-resistant coating is used for plain bearing. ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating wear-resistant coating has a surface coating friction coefficient of 0.25-0.35 and surface hardness of 60-64 HRC.
