NOVELTY - Weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cable sheathing material includes 30-50 pts. wt. of polyvinyl chloride, 30-50 pts. wt. of epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. of polyethylene wax, 10-20 pts. wt. of graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. of antimony trioxide, 20-40 pts. wt. of plasticizer, 10-15 pts. wt. of stabilizer and 1-5 pts. wt. of triphenylphosphine. USE - Weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride cable sheathing material for outdoor use. ADVANTAGE - The material has epoxy resin and graphene oxide that are combined by chemical bonds and then mixed with polyvinyl chloride cable material, and fully ensures the uniformity of mixing of all raw materials of the sheath material, and effectively improves the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the PVC cable sheath material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing outdoor weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride cable sheath material, which involves: (A) mixing 30-50 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of graphene oxide, and 1-5 parts of triphenylphosphine at a temperature above 70 degrees C and continuously stirring for 12 hours; (B) adding the mixture and the remaining other raw materials into the mixer and mixing uniformly; (C) feeding the uniformly stirred raw materials into the twin-screw feeder for extruding, andheating temperature of each section of the twin-screw feeder is divided equally from 120-160 degrees C according to the number of heating sections; and (D) drying the finished product extruded to obtain weather-resistant PVC cable sheath material for outdoor use.
