▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of natural rubber involves (a) mixing graphene oxide and water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, (b) mixing natural rubber emulsion with Peregal (RTM: Fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether) solution and an acid solution and stirring to obtain cationic natural rubber emulsion, (c) mixing the graphene oxide suspension and the cationic natural rubber emulsion, and (d) mixing reducing agent with graphene oxide-natural emulsion suspension and heating the mixture. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of natural rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple preparation of the natural rubber with excellent antistatic property and high stability, and without the agglomeration of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of natural rubber involves (a) mixing graphene oxide and water in a weight ratio of 1:5-1000 to obtain graphene oxide suspension, (b) mixing 15-70 %mass natural rubber emulsion with 5-30 %mass Peregal (RTM: Fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether) solution and 1-20 %mass an acid solution and stirring to obtain cationic natural rubber emulsion having a pH value of 2.4-2.6, where the weight ratio of Peregal (RTM: Fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether) solution to natural rubber emulsion is 1:20-100, (c) mixing the graphene oxide suspension and the cationic natural rubber emulsion in a weight ratio of 1:1-100 to obtain a graphene oxide-natural emulsion suspension, and (d) mixing reducing agent with graphene oxide-natural emulsion suspension and heating the mixture at 60-90 degrees C, where the weight ratio of the reducing agent to the graphene oxide in graphene oxide-natural emulsion suspension is 1:0.2-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for antistatic natural rubber prepared by the above method.
