▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An iron-based amorphous alloy film comprises 70-90 wt.% iron, 0-6 wt.% cobalt, 1-3 wt.% boron, 1-4 wt.% silicon, more than 0.2 wt.% to 20 wt.% nickel, 0 to less than 6 wt.% molybdenum and 0 to less than 3 wt.% carbon. USE - Iron-based amorphous alloy film is used for forming magnetic conductive layer in electromagnetic shielding film used in device (all claimed) for industrial automation, automobile electronics, information technology and medical instrument. ADVANTAGE - The iron-based amorphous alloy film has good comprehensive magnetic performance and good technical effect, and can meet the application requirement of the electronic shielding material with high performance requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. preparation of the iron-based amorphous alloy film; and 2. an electromagnetic shielding film, which comprises a carrier layer (4), a magnetic conductive layer (3) and a protective layer (1), in sequence. The magnetic conductive layer is the iron-based amorphous alloy thin film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the electromagnetic shielding film.
