▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-temperature water-soluble film comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol 1788, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol 0588, 1-3 pts. wt. diethylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. glycerol, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. erucamide, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphite, and 5-8 pts. wt. composite modifier, where the composite modifier comprises 28-35 wt.% graphene oxide and 65-72 wt.% yam extract. USE - Low-temperature water-soluble film used for packaging medicine and fertilizer. ADVANTAGE - The low-temperature water-soluble film maintains excellent water solubility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the low-temperature water-soluble film comprising (i) adding polyvinyl alcohol 1788, adding deionized water with a mass ratio of 1:2 and increasing the temperature to 48-50° C, after the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved, adding 1-1.5 pts. wt. phosphite until the mixture is uniform, and adding 1-3 pts. wt. diethylene glycol until the mixture is uniform, and preparing the product (A), (ii) adding 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol 0588 and adding deionized water with a mass ratio of 1:2 to heat up to 59-63° C, after the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved, adding 0.5-1 pt. wt. phosphite until it is uniformly mixed, and adding 1-3 pt. wt. glycerin until the mixture is uniform, and obtaining the product (B), and (iii) mixing the product (A) and the product (B) at 70° C, adding 5-8 pts. wt. composite modifier, and extruding blown film at 120-135° C through rotary evaporation to obtain the product.
