▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The deposition method involves preparing a surface of a substrate, graphene/graphene oxide flakes, and metal and/or metal oxide powder. The graphene/graphene oxide flakes and the metal and/or metal oxide material are dry mixed together. The mixture of the graphene/graphene oxide flakes and the metal and/or metal oxide material is thermally sprayed on the surface to form a composite with enhanced mechanical and corrosion resistant properties. USE - Deposition method of composite on surface of substrate, such as an aluminum alloy substrate. ADVANTAGE - The deposition method increases the mechanical properties of coatings using graphene and graphene oxide. The produced composite coating has improved microstructure, decreased metallic oxide phases, enhanced mechanical properties, and ware resistance properties. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the microscopic view and graphical view of the coating with very high efficient of graphene/graphene oxide retention.
