NOVELTY - A catalytic metal substrate having graphene (110) synthesized on at least one surface is prepared. A carrier tape (120) is bonded to the graphene at temperature (t1). The catalytic metal substrate is removed, and then the exposed graphene is bonded to target substrate (130). The carrier tape is peeled at temperature (t2) which is lower than temperature (t1), to obtain graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film used for touch panel, transparent display and flexible display. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, and enables manufacture of graphene film reduced damage.
