▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material comprises 90.5-95.8 wt.% lithium iron phosphate, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% conductive carbon black, 0.1-0.5 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone dispersant, 2.5-4 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride and N-methylpyrrolidone (remaining amount). USE - The lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material is useful in lithium iron phosphate battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material can improves conductivity of lithium iron phosphate, improves low-temperature effect and reduces film-forming resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material comprising (i) taking graphene, polyvinylpyrrolidone dispersant, adding N-methylpyrrolidone and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene solution, (ii) taking lithium iron phosphate, adding N-methylpyrrolidone and then ultrasonic dispersing to obtain lithium iron phosphate solution, (iii) adding graphene solution obtained in step (i) into lithium iron phosphate cathode solution obtained in step (ii) and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain composite solution A, (iv) adding composite solution A obtained in step (iii) into conductive carbon black and dispersing in a stirred tank to obtain composite solution B, (v) taking polyvinylidene fluoride, adding N-methylpyrrolidone, stirring and dispersing to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride solution, and (vi) adding polyvinylidene fluoride solution obtained in step (v) into composite solution B obtained in step (iv), stirring and dispersing to obtain final product; and (2) lithium iron phosphate battery comprising anode sheet, cathode sheet, insulating film interposed between anode sheet and cathode sheet, and electrolytic solution including anode current collector and anode active material layer coated on surface of anode current collector, where active material layer includes a anode material, adhesive and conductive agent.
