A light emitting end is connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is fixed with a light emitting element. The second electrode and the third electrode are arranged with the substrate structure. The light emitting element is arranged with a graphene thin film that is formed with a graphene oxide film. USE - Adjustable-type color graphene thin film light emitting electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes 300-1000 nm wave length of light emitting device, and has better display effect.
