NOVELTY - The device has a first electrode connected with a second electrode. A third electrode is fixed with a signal input device. A light emitting end is connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is fixed with a light emitting element. The second electrode and the third electrode are arranged with the substrate structure. The light emitting element is arranged with a graphene thin film that is formed with a graphene oxide film. USE - Adjustable-type color graphene thin film light emitting electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes 300-1000 nm wave length of light emitting device, and has better display effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an adjustable-type color graphene thin film light emitting electroluminescent device manufacturing method.
