▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Biomass enzymatic biocathode based on monosaccharide, ketone or aldehyde, comprises a collector conductive support, conductive particles arranged and bonded on the collector conductive support, an aldose reductase arranged on the conductive particles, and being bound with them by adsorption and being accessible at the surface to the monosaccharide, ketone or aldehyde reagent for reducing during the operation of the biocathode. USE - The biomass enzymatic biocathode is useful in biofuel cell and biosensor for measuring value of reduction current of glucose, monosaccharide, ketone or aldehyde and estimating level of glucose, monosaccharide, ketone or aldehyde (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a biocathode; (2) a biofuel cell; and (3) a glucose, monosaccharide, ketone or aldehyde biosensor.
