NOVELTY - HT100 low hardness gray cast iron comprises graphene, nano-silicon carbide, iron sulfide and composite materials which are configured according to the composition which comprise 3.5-3.8 wt.% carbon, 2.1-2.5 wt.% silicon and 0.08-0.1 wt.% sulfur. The composite material is scrap and gray cast iron furnace waster material. USE - HT100 low hardness gray cast iron (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The smelting process of HT100 low hardness gray cast iron is simple, reduces production costs, and achieves the effective use of waste and reduces environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of smelting HT100 low hardness gray cast iron.
