NOVELTY - A mesoporous graphene preparing method involves preparing a graphene thin film on a substrate, arranging nano-microsphere array periodically on graphene film. The silicon/silicondioxide/graphite film/nano-microsphere array is heated at high temperature, followed by removing polymer nano-spheres with organic solvent, etching the graphene using an oxygen plasma etching, and etching off the metal to form mesoporous graphene, making a field effect transistor on mesoporous graphene, and inserting silver/silver chloride or platinum wire into the sample liquid as reference electrode. USE - Method for preparing mesoporous graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A mesoporous graphene preparing method involves preparing a graphene thin film on a substrate, arranging nano-microsphere array periodically on graphene film. The silicon/silicondioxide/graphite film/nano-microsphere array is heated at high temperature to bond the nanospheres with graphene. The metal film on the silicon/silicondioxide/graphite film/nano-microsphere array is evaporated and removed polymer nano-spheres with organic solvent, followed by etching the graphene using an oxygen plasma etching to form an oxygen-containing group at the edge of the graphene, converting the oxygen-containing group to carboxylic acid, connecting the biometric molecule, and etching off the metal to form mesoporous graphene, making a field effect transistor on mesoporous graphene, and inserting silver/silver chloride or platinum wire into the sample liquid as reference electrode, where the source and drain electrodes are metal electrodes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a biosensor.
